The Bleak Orchard: Collector's Edition.

Basically, Hurt-me-plenty and I toyed with the idea of putting all the finished chapters into a big, semi-professional-looking .pdf file, which would give me a little more freedom with format, font, etc. We could also add artwork, but neither of us are really known for making visual masterpieces, so we'd have to recruit some help somehow. We also had the idea of furnishing some 'bonus content' in the form of omitted material, the original versions of one or two chapters that ended up getting rewritten, and maybe some humorous 'outtakes' or behind-the-scenes looks at our witty banter between sections.

Obviously, this is a ways off. I haven't even finished editing the normal chapters yet! Right now, I'm gauging interest. Comment here or on my page's current journal, and let me know your thoughts:

- Which of those bonus materials sound interesting, and which don't?
- If you're an artist, would you consider making some fanart of the characters, settings, or scenes? (if you're not willing to work for free, would you at least consider a discount? Again, I'm not commissioning anything just yet, I'd rather find out how many artists, if any, are willing before I start making requests/commissions)
- Any ideas on how to distribute this thing? If we were to try selling this somehow, would you pay money for it? (keep in mind that's a big if, I think at best I'd want to see how this first one goes. Then, MAYBE, I'd try asking for a small donation or something if the second book gets a similar treatment)
- Other misc. comments or feedback welcome.
